Meet the Owner: Kavash Chowdhry
Golf has been a lifelong passion for Mr. Kavassh, he played competitively at a young age and developed a deep appreciation for the focus and discipline the sport requires. That passion led him to build Monart’s soccer program, creating a competitive yet supportive environment for both youth athletes and adults. With Monart Golf Club, he now hopes to bring that same commitment to growth and opportunity to golf, offering a clean, welcoming, and professional space where players of all ages can learn, improve, and enjoy the game year-round.
For him, golf has always been more than just a game—it’s a place of focus, clarity, and escape from life’s noise. Out on the course, he could lock in on the next shot and let everything else fall away.
Living in Texas, though, makes consistent practice challenging: extreme heat, sudden rain, and unpredictable weather can make it tough to find a good time to play. That challenge inspired the idea for Monart Golf Club.
He wanted a place where he and others could practice and enjoy golf year-round without battling the elements. Just as importantly, he wanted to create an opportunity for kids, adults, and young adults to discover and grow in the game in a comfortable, clean, and professional space.
